Found in a Field’ are a delightful, new group hailing from across Birmingham and Worcestershire’s folk circuit. They draw influence from long-lost ballads, Victorian Music Hall, Border Morris, eccentric poetry, alcohol, Pre-Raphaelitism and scratchy old records. With a full and rich, multi-instrumental sound, they can go from the beautiful to the hilarious with ease. They will be accompanied by two Morris sides—Alvechurch Men and Ragged Oak. |
